Cheshire/sight tube view elevated to left

Why does my view using a collimator cap show the donut perfectly centered in the donut in the center of the secondary vanes. But my view using the cheshire/sight tube does show the small reflection in the donut, but both are a little to the left and elevated? The scope is a slow scope (astromaster 114eq), so there's no offset. Thanks.

No expert but the hole in the colli cap may be inaccurate whereas the Cheshire is accurate.

have you tried rotating the colli cap to see if the view changes...

I just rotated the collimator cap and the view is consistent with my description above. Thanks.
