Eq mounts etc.

Hi, i have a Nikon D3100 and a tripod, i have managed to take some half decent astro photos up to now, (have posted an example) but feel i need a motorised mount to get the best my camera can do, what do i need to attach an motorised eq mount to my tripod and camera, what is the best budget motorised mount i can get??? Any help you guys can give will be appreciated.
