PHD,webcam/guider scope etc,post your settings for PHD

Having just read this great guide here on PHD:http://stargazerslounge.com/topic/188777-phd-guiding-basic-use-and-troubleshooting/

Would people be willing to post up their settings so as to give people a known starting point that works or at least a good starting point?As I think it's hard to know what settings to choose in PHD.

Something along the lines of:

Webcam model: SPC900

Type of guide scope: 9X50 Skywatcher finder scope

Then list your settings for PHD

This way,it can be kept all in one place for future reference.Sound like a good idea or a non starter?
