My first long exposure - M2

I only had time for one quick go at this last night ( ten*4 second subs) and I'm pleased that I caught something. When I have more time to play with the cameras settings, get the framing right and take more subs things should improve a bit.

Well the result from 40 seconds worth certainly indicates how great it would be with more. You did exceptionally well as it is with that short result.

( This cluster has a RV Tauri variable that can alter it's appearance dramatically. 12.5 to 14. This from Messiers Album)
