Hi guys,

I am up in Amesbury having moved from Farnborough about 16 months ago and up for some dark site observing. I have been trying to find some dark sites up on Salisbury Plain but there is always some lights from an Army installation somewhere:-( Good places that I have found are Deptford Down (20m drive for me) and Newton Tony which is only a few minutes from Amesbury on the western edge of Boscombe Down airfield.

ALways up for a social or some observing if this bad weather passes.
