PST eyepiece holder thread size

Does anyone happen to know what the thread is on the PST eyepiece holder (also on the eyepiece holders of Synta diagonals, I suspect)?

It doesn't seem to match any "nice" size -- a bit large for 32mm, too small for 33mm, and doesn't seem to match any obvious imperial size around that area either.

Measuring more accurately it looks like the OD of the male thread is 32.9mm and thread is either 32 or 34 tpi or 0.75mm pitch. The OD doesn't seem to fit 1 1/4" or 1 5/16" very well so I'm assuming it must be an M33x0.75 thread, which seems an odd size to me.
