astrosathya Posted May 31, 2013 Share Posted May 31, 2013 Have the flats been applied correctly? There seems to be a slight gradient in the image. A light pollution filter helps with the pollution, but you could also try normalizing the color bias. In this case there is a slight blue and red extra in the background. Look up the RGB histogram in photoshop and adjust the black slider in red and blue to match the point with the green.Regards, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nicely frame too, I do like this framing to give the full cluster is magesty.Agree on the gradients / flats, it looks like vignetting to me (Check the thumbnail image, easier to see), but hey, cracking image.
