M86 and the Eyes

Hi,

I think it's not imaged on its own often, mostly as a part of the chain,

Below is a close up , M86 is glowing in the left. I guess it could cover half of the image.

There is an Ha bridge from M86 to NGC4438 but all attempts to capture it failed miserably

Excellent shot! It's true: we don't see much of the Eyes on their own, I guess you need some serious focal

length to capture their detail (as you've done). Even thought M86 is very bright it looks boring compared

with the Eyes which are gorgeous,

Cracking image Mark - great resolution. I've done the Markarian chain recently with my 4" refractor, and "The Eyes" are clearly there, but there's nothing like the sharpness you have.
