I recently bought an iOptron Smart EQ mount.

I had a few technical problems and then needed to order a polar scope. The fly in the ointment was the US Postal Service, they took ages to deliver.

I needed some further tech assistance and though we are 12 hours out of whack they replied instantly.

Their products and service as far as I am concerned are top notch.
