Not quite a fan of sticking things on the telescope tube. So I basically want to mount the Telrad on a standard finder bracket - kind of bracketed base. So simply slide it in, tighten the screw...loosen the screw, slide it out. Job done!

The economical solution is to tear my red-dot finder apart, glue telrad base on it and just use it that way. Same mechanism as a normal finder scope.

If there's a telrad specific base that works this way, it'll be perfect.
