I have a Celestron Astromaster 114eq for about a month. I'm a beginner still learning a lot about the telescope, the telescope community, the acronyms and everything in-between. Right now I'm discovering the universe I never knew.

Hi Ron welcome to the lounge,

enjoy the new scope, any problems, just ask, someone will sort it out,

there is a great deal to learn with this superb hobby, so enjoy.

Hi Ron and welcome to the forum. Astronomy isn't difficult to learn but my goodness there is certainly plenty of it for sure! :grin: Well you have certainly come to the right place as there are plenty of experience here to help you with the finer details. The search facility in the top left of your screen is useful to bring up past questions and responses - will keep you busy when the clouds come in.
