More aperture please

Either 8" will be a noticeable upgrade from your 4". The 8se will be the more expensive but will be much more compact and have a longer focal length that favours the Moon and planets. The 200p will allow a wider field of view and would probably be the more cost effective overall. I have one of each and enjoy them both.

For the price the dob is an absolute bucket. It's a real viewing telescope, the attempts at photos taken with them range dramatically. I have the 10" instead of the 8 and can validate for the raw light-sucking power. If you love your 4SE I don't know if the dob may be a bit unwieldy, she's a big old girl. It would give you flexability though, the 4SE would likely become redundant if you upgraded to the 8, though you could sell it to subsidise the move?
