Comet C/2012 S1 ISON

Took this image of comet ISON last night through somewhat murk skies. The comet is currently 4.19 AU from Earth at magnitude 15.5.

I was surprised to see some motion over a short time with the comet so far away. Here's hoping it will be a good one .

Well done - what scope/camra were you using and what exposure time/s?

Thanks, I took it via my 14" f5.2 reflector with an Atik 383L+ CCD. Stack of 15x60s.

Neat. It already seems to be showing some tail at that large distance. Hopefully a good sign of things to come!
