That's a brilliant and natural looking image. I think your technique works, the stars have kept their colour and are not bloated and the galaxies look really detailed and natural. You should record how you did the processing :grin:

Nicely done Simon,

Certainly very natural looking galaxies, you probably do not like saturated colours.

I'm wondering after 17 hours and at f/4.5 would not background start to reveal some IFN or is it hard to expect with ISO 200?

Would that require a different approach to processing?
