Hi Sparkyjon, that is a guide scope and judging by the lack of description given by the seller, I should steer clear away. Astro-Engineering is a well-known company, but very little information available. A guide-scope is designed for astro-photography applications - basically for guiding, and not good for visual observing. It is basically a finder scope, that's all really.

If the optics are OK and it goes for £50 or less it's probably a good buy. These scopes were not very expensive when new. I think this is basically the same model:
