posting an image on Stargazers Lounge

Can anyone give me a reminder on how to post an image on the Stargazers Lounge. I can get an image from my computer onto "Stargzers," but how do I transfer the image from there to Stargazers Lounge?

The tutorial seems to have dissapeared from the "Primers & Tutorials" section of the forum.

Hi Phil,

Click on your image in Stargazr's, below it you'll see 'Embed code' click on the double headed arrow on the right, copy the top code, then just paste along with your message on the forum..
