A Pictrure from Prague

Dinner (for one!!!) in Prague - and yes, it's as big as it looks

It's roasted pork knee, and it's about a foot long. The meat was lovely and tender, with crisp crackling. It's like gammon meat rather than the white, but it was great!

Served with sweet mustard, french (style) mustard, horseradish and fresh horseradish, and a plate of crispy roasties!!!

God, I'm dribbling again........

Not just a joint of meat..... there were kebabs, sausages, cakes, pastries..... :mrgreen:

Of course not!! I just know which ones people would like to see first!!!

I have others which came back today and I'll post up tomorrow for you - actually got some nice ones (for me, anyway!)

WH - Nope, had to order the potatoes seperately!!

And in case you are wondering, the dish was about £7 - £8
