knobby
Is that in wards or outwards?what about without the Barlow? You could try unscrewing the lens from the Barlow and just use the Barlow without it as an extension if its not focusing out wards enough

Jannis
The barlow lens moves the focus point outwards, not inwards. so by having not enough inwards movement to reach focus, removing the barlow lens and just use the barlow tube only makes it worse. My 250pds wont focus without a barlow when imaging but when I put the barlow on it is ok. I have seen on here people suggesting moving one of the mirrors up or down the OTA. I dont know enough about it to recommend it though.Hope you get it sorted.Marc
Tinker1947
I suspect it need to be turned outwards not inwards, try moving it outwards with and without the Barlow lens.......you can do this in day light on a distant object,,,,,
