Hi Kathleen.

I cannot make this event as I am at SGL 8 in March, Nina's in May, and camping with my DAG friends

in June, but I plan to be at the November Galloway event.

Reg has booked for November.

Trust you are keeping well and busy at work.

Cheers

Adrian

Hi Steve,

As I am unable to attend, just save the whiskey for Cumbria in May.

James can enjoy himself checking the water to ensure that it will have his sel of approval

for November.

Have a good trip.

Cheers

Hi James,

Just Thought you might like to get over to Dumbarton, apparently the workers cleaning the waste water

pipes at the Chivas distillery opened the whiskey carrying pipes and flushed the whiskey down the drain.

Cheers

Hi Adrian,

Sorry you can't make it.... the bad news is I can't guarantee that there will be any Galloway malt left for Cumbria.... the good news is, I'll be buying more for Cumbria!!

James is up north this weekend at a friends birthday party where I'm sure they will all be lamenting the loss of so much whisky..... with a wee dram or two!!

Should be good Kenny. I was in rural Perthshire on Friday/Saturday. It was clear for an hour or so on Saturday night and we got in some good observing. Nice to see both Jupiter and Saturn in one night.

Clear skies

Not booked yet, but hoping to make it along for a night. I've got an 8.5" f/7.6 dobs in the making and I'm busting a gut to get it finished in time to bring with me. Got a lot on that weekend, so I'll be keeping a close eye on the forecast in the hope that I can choose the best night to break out.

Clear skies,

Matt.

Hoping to be down that way next weekend, so I shall call into the campsite.

BTW, I was at the cottage the past few days and managed to get a sky quality meter average reading of 21.83 on Thursday night. Pretty dark and it's only two fields away from Drumroamin campsite.

Cheers, Martin

Hello All just a quick update for all who are attending, the site is in good condition thanks to all the work Lesley and Ralph have done over the winter months, presently cool and dry,sky looks promising for tonight, plenty of geese still around and Lesley has a photo of a baby otter which hopefully has with its family taken up residence.

Regards

Mike
