MikeD
I had all but given up on the RGB data I got at the same time as the L for this shot the other week(very messy) but I noticed most of the problems where with the green data so I had another go at putting it all together using synthesized green from the R and B with noels tools. The image is now L,R,sinth G,B.(click to enlarge)Mike

barkis
Beautiful and classic rendition of M45 Mike. Clever bit of manipulation too. What about some details of the equipment used and other relevant data. There are diffraction spikes, but are they NC induced, and the lens was a refractor?Whatever the hardare, it's turned out very good indeed.
