Hi Steven and welcome to the forum. Good idea to get the motorised version as the mounts that come with scopes of those scopes can often be a bit 'twitchy' (scopes can bob about a bit) and the motor will provide you with one less reason to touch the scope which will then allow allow you to tease out those final details using the focuser. Of course the mount does allow you to stand back to plan you next object or to allow others to share in the view, especially at high magnifications where objects whizz through the eyepiece so quickly! :smiley:
