Uranus green top?????

Just getting used to uploading pics

These were taken at the end of september of Uranus when it was close 44 psc(only reason I found it)

Does anyone know what the green is at the top/bottom of the planet??

Hi

I think this is due to atmospheric dispersion so its an effect of the light coming through the Earth's atmosphere.

Yes it was with the mak but It wasn't the SPC900 couldn't really get anything with that, it was far to faint, I used Canon 1100d with 10-15 sec exposures

Well I think that's even more impressive! That's a big sensor for such a small target, and you've managed to catch a lot of colour for such a distant planet. I really need a Mak...
