Celestron NexStar handset holder thingy

Does anyone know where I should go to try and get a spare holder for a Celestron NexStar hand controller? I've lost mine, or at least part of it (I have the bit that clamps onto the tripod leg, but the bit that actually holds the controller has gone AWOL).

Not obviously sold by Celestron as a spare, so perhaps I'm out of luck.....?

I don't know anywhere - you could buy some sticky back Velcro - it holds my GPS onto my mountain bike and it never falls off, you would only need about an inch - nice cheap alternative that wouldn't look messy or chavvy

It's been a while since your post so I don't know if you are still in need for this holder but we have recently machined some replacement NexStar holders from white plastic material. They are sold thru eBay.
