I'm an almost beginner, was given a Seben scope but it didn't put me off! got a pair of old zeiss glasses to learn the sky from, but I hate the cold! and the light pollution sooo I bought a secondhand Revelation 12 and took if to my beach hut in the mountains in southern spain, where I have begun to see some great things!

trying to make an eq platform for it, but i need help, will post seperately!

Yes the weather is usually better and the sky is most often clear and dark, we go out to work mostly but now we have broken the back of building and have 2 beds and space on the roof to sleep when it gets too hot inside, winter temperature usually is around 18 to 26 at lunchtime. sadly Iam here in High Wycombe for 10 months a year....
