Well it was really clear for 1dt time in ages last night so got my scope out (Skywatcher200p on NEQ6 pro mount) to try some imaging again. Pretty pleased for my 1st go at it with what I achieved. Single 80sec exposure with Canon 450D at ISO1600. I then tweaked it a fair bit in Lightroom.

All comments and advice greatfully received!! :smiley:

thanks for the positive replies, makes the pain in my toes worth it :smiley: ice had formed all over outside of scope when I put it away! Might get out again tonight, it's supposed to be clear, not sure if I'm brave/stupid enough if it stays at -6 though! :shocked:
