Here is one option. This is essentially a Skywatcher SkyTee-II on a Berlebach tripod.

I presume this to carry your 5" achromat. The SkyTee-II is more than capable. There are really quite a few options for the mount in that price range. The question then becomes what holds it up. A pre-owned surveyor's tripod is relatively inexpensive as is a DIY tripod.

I have an AZ3 on a DIY tripod and it does very well with my 4" refractor. I also put the Duo-T on a stouter DIY tripod with a scope weighing over 30 lbs and it was solid - no jiggles at all - nada - none while slewing or focussing.
