I and a lot of others have had bad experiences from these guys, however. When people lie to me I take my custom elsewhere.

Arent they called ´scopes and skies´ ? A plural in there.

Hi Everyone

does anyone know if these people have changed their name?

cheers

Scopes'n'Skies and Pulsar Optical were names used by The Astronomy & Nature Centre group. The Astronomy & Nature Centre has gone and a new parent company has been formed called A10 Optical.

Strange company, their internet side was always a problem with some people, visit them and they were helpful with a fair range of items. Quite happy to leave you alone with a cabinet full of eyepieces. Most would stand over you.

In slight defence of them when you visited they were always on the phone with someone, so when people didn't get through I could understand why, someone else had simply got in first and being an amalgum of 3 or 4 companies they took a constant stream of calls. Think that besides SnS, Pulsar and Astro Eng they were also a binocular outlet as well.

People complained but people liked the Astroboot side, still refer to it waiting for it to return.

Think they are now at Downham Market further up the A10. So a bit further out and off the beaten path.

Wonder if Astro Engineering is still part of them.
