Astroplanner on a MacBook - Help Needed.....

I've paid and registered my version of Astroplanner but I'm having a problem; I've gone through the setup several times adding my location, scopes, ep's and catalogues but each time I open Astroplanner all my details have gone, Astroplanner asks me for registration details and I have to run the wizard again, surely this can't be right? Where am I going wrong? I'm running a OS X 10.6.8 on a MacBook Pro.

You're right it doesn't sound right. I found this in the FAQ which may help - it's the entry marked blank resources list http://www.astroplan...t/faq/faq7.html. Other than that the only thing I can suggest would be to email the author.

Andy, I have tried and tried then guess what? Yes, as soon as I post a question on here everything works as it should, very strange!! I will drop a note to the author.

Out of curiosity I downloaded the program (not licensed) and it appears to be working fine for me on OS X 10.7.5 (ie it saved what I put in)

Not sure why it's not working for you, neat App, I hadn't seen this before

I do notice that it store it's user data in ~/library/application support/astroplanner if thats any help
