Thanks Soupy. I managed to dash out between the cloud. Just as I finished this the clouds rolled in.

Yes. But why does it look so small in photos? Someone told me once but I've fprgotten now.

I can also pick out a couple of stars of Libra in the shot too

It was a superb alignment this morning made all the better by the superb weather. Nice photo, good to see what i saw this morning on the screen.

That is a lovely image :) Looks exactly as I saw it (I only saw Moon and Venus) while eating breakfast this morning.

It was a stunning sight!
