As well as the Yahoo one, QHY have a forum on their own site:  http://qhyccd.com/ccdbbs/  The owner of the company regularly participates in this forum (nickname QiuHY), which can only be a good thing.

I have recently bought the QHY23 and it's great.  I did have one problem (of my own making) - I bent one of the pins in the power cable connector.  But Bernard at Modern Astronomy (the UK dealer) replaced it free of charge within a couple of days!  Fantastic job.

The camera build quality and the filter wheel (2") are top notch in my opinion.

Best present on Xmas day was a clear night, pretty much the first in weeks.  So, rather than watching rubbish TV, I spent the night on M42 with my new QHY8L:
