Hi

Recommended Posts

I first used a telescope when i was about 10, a simple one that I would just stare at the moon. My wife and I have recently moved to an area north of Fort Lauderale Fl that has, well darker skys that most of south florida. We are planning on buying some type of telescope, not sure which kind, and have a small budget of about $350.00

As of now we will be reading all of the advice we can find and we really enjoy the gallery.

Hi rolltide and welcome to the forum. For that sort of budget, I would be looking at something like this http://tinyurl.com/c9kvnxu

Unless you need something very small & portable, or want to do astro-photography, in which case we need to think again ;)
