Great post, have not seen that one before. I find even with things like this it is impossible to comprehend the scale of our galaxy. Thanks for the post.

HUMMM guess would be like compairing it to an ant's point of view looking at the whole of the USA.......hard to grasp it all.

And only one small insignificant galaxy amongst a universe with innumerable billions of others.

Don't think any of us are equipped to truely get a grip at this scale, but its wonderful to explore our cosmic back yard...

so are we really the only planet with "beings" on??

In a way, it would be nice if that was the case. It would make us kind of special.

But, even if it wasn't, I doubt any other "beings" would be the same as us, so we'd still be kind of special (aaawwwww :rolleyes: )

Just WOW!

Just to think that cluster of 100,000 stars is just a tiny part of our own galaxy, what a great representation of the epic scale of the Milky Way. It'd be even better if they could carry onto putting everything on a universal scale :D
