Stacking practice

Hello my fellow cloud bound stargazers.

I have just ordered a xbox cam with a view to mod it and attach it to my scope. To get me going though I was thinking of having a practice on registax. Would it be possible to download an avi clip from youtube, such as this one

and then stack it in registax.
