One of my favourites. Well worth the £55 as long as you can handle the (lack of) eye relief, I'd say.

In a tracking dob I'd have no problem saying yes. I have no problem with my 9mm BGO in my 250 in terms of performance. The major problem is that the narrow field of view means a target crosses the field of view very quickly and with a manual dob you therefore end up spend a fair bit of time chasing the target.

I use a 12'' f5.3 and the planetary views are fantastic,i dont find the eye relief or field of view a problem with this e.p,it is one that i will keep for a very long time.
