Is anyone planning anything up in Scotland soon? Would love to meet a few like-minded people and get some astro-landscape shots done under some dark skies!

You have just missed the 4th Galloway Star Party which was between 14 - 19 November 2012. Have a look at the thread under star parties.

That should give you a flavour of the event and the crazy characters that attend it!!!!

Check out Central Scotland Observers Group, (google CSOG) we organise sessions - usually short notice - at various dark sites in the Central Belt, usually a mixed bag of visual, imaging with a bit of banter thrown in.
