Radders
Finally got round to doing my boxes this morning. These are 2 RC helicopter boxes that I've had ages. Got some foam from work that were in 2 halves and sprayed glued them together to make 1 complete block. Then cut the foam block to fit the case. Then I spray glued the bottom of box and pressed in the foam. Now it was a case of just cutting the foam to fit my accessories. I've included some pics.. sologuitarist61
Looking good , how are you cutting the foam?
Radders
I used a Stanley knife. Not the best I must admit. Tried to be as neat as I could. I have a surgical knife but no blades for it. I reckon that would be even better.

cowasaki
Try sticking the foam in the freezer first With photography I've been cutting foam out for years, usually just using a new snap off blade knife. Never heard of the freezer trick before! What difference does it make?
