First Meet - East Anglians (but all welcome)

There has been a good response to the East Anglian meet thread. I have sent all the interested parties a PM to suggest a initial meeting. The first couple of responses have been for a weekend in view of travelling times. The first meet will be to say hello and put faces to names and discuss what we want to gain out of future meets.

Can you post here your preferences for dates/times over the next Month and we will do our best to get as many along as possible.

Nothing planned for me, as far as I know, so, unless the 'boss' has other ideas, I'm easy on times and dates, and will 'fit in' with the majority.

Yes, the first meet is very likely to be near Ipswich probably at the venue Dave has suggested. Will confirm nearer the time.

Only weekend/s I'm out of action are the two ends of half-term (20/21 & 27/28).

I can do anytime but those.

Do we have a suggested venue yet? (I know were talking Ipswich, but any particular locations?)
