Moon shot with very basic kit

This was taken with a 20mm EP in a Celestron 60 az with a Xbox live cam. About 25 frames stacked in Registax

I know its not great but hopefully not too bad considering the equipment

i took this holding my iphone 3 over the eyepiece, come out better than my DSLR lol

Thats really good for a shot taken that way! I've never had much success in through the EP shots I'm always too wobbly

Still dont know what happened to my image and why it didnt post - or how I can attach it now.............

check you image size meets the site size, when you go to attach image it states the max size you can upload

thanks tone2012, sure my image met the size regs but never mind. I bet it took ages to get yours, and a very steady hand!

just had to keep moving the phone until i could see it in the phone, then hold it steady and push capture button, i was well pleased with how good it came out, was pretty shocked as i thought it would look pooh.

i may try it with my sons iphone 4 next just to see if its better

not sure why you image wont come up, keep trying, or resize it in paint
