replacement controls

HEEEEEELP! One of the black plastic circular control knobs on my eq5 just split in two ond the other one is starting to crack! Does anyone know of a good replacement, I dont want to get the same again as it only lasted about 5 months. The only other ones I've seen are the flexible type, are these any good?
