And just a further point to watch out for, when you reach your 250 posts, I believe you will only have 30 minutes to check and correct, I also have a spell check, but it does not help when you make dramatical errors :D

Why on earth do you have to have a certain number of posts before you can edit out your typos?

I have joined hundreds of forums devoted to a wide range of topics over the years and have never come across this idea before.

Makes no sense at all to me.

Yes, it ensures that we don't have hit and run artists who post drivel just for the fun of it, edit their post and leave no evidence, this way it ensures that people who have an interest in astronomy stay the course. I try and not use the edit by reading my post and correct if possible then post, try it sometime, it works :).
