Another firerball saturday morning

Hey all i wasn't out tonight doing any kind of astronomy but i was sat at my computer and a bright light in the sky caught my eye out of the window , now this normally happens and it is a planes main lights as it turn head on into my direction but after a few seconds i could still see it but noticed it was quite large so popped my head out of the window and too my supprise travelling east to west at about 1am ( give or take a few minutes but the direction is spot on ) was a huge fireball with an orange tail and what appeared to be chunks falling away and also burning , i was able to watch it for a good 10 seconds just ashame i didn't see it earlier as i rekon i would have been able to watch it for a good length of tme and maybe grabbed a pic but it sure was some sight .
