I swapped over the scopes this evening. My little ZS66SD came off the mount and the MN190 climbed aboard. I then spent time fettling. The result ... a test run really but I'm quite pleased with it. A fair few wee fuzzies in it also.

Yes it is. A great scope but not without its idiosyncrasies.

Well as chance would have it I was imaging the same target last weekend.

I wasn't aiming to post my efforts just yet but I thought I would as it represents a good comparison of the performance of the two imaging setups.

My setup;

T: 250mm f4 Quattro, C: Atik 314, M:EQ6 Pro - EQMod, G: TS OAG QHY5.

Software

Capture: Maxim DL, Guiding: PHD, Procesing Pixinsight

20 x 300 sec Luminance
