Pacman Nebula - HA - ED80 ATIK 16HR

This was my first target of last night and conditions started good and my guiding was excellent.

This was my first time imaging the Pacman. Towards the end of imaging this target clouds were a problem.

ED80 6.3 FR ATIK 16HR HA Filter Guided by WOZS66 and DSI Pro on EQ6 with EQMOD.

Aye!, it's a grand looking image indeed John. Splendid in every way. I especially like the mono version, but that's just me.

I am beginning to think I am influenced by the fact that I got myself a MX916 camera, which is a mono chip. I have yet to use it, but my Ob is well under way to completion, and once I have my polar alignment set, and the gear in place, I really hope I am able to produce stuff like all you guys a putting out on a regular basis. Incredible is hardly a suitable description for some of the imaging I see on here.
