I'd bet it's the same as the Revelation one. I have a 15mm 2" ultra wide angle EP that looks similar to that (got it from the guy "CNhot" on eBay) and I'm sure it's exactly the same as a much more expensive branded one. It's a great EP and I bet you find the barlow to be great too.

I haven't used anything but as far as I have read and been told at several places- the GSO optics is used by many brands, and this barlow looks like the GSO barlow(The original company that designed this barlow), Revelation, Zhumell, Owl, Agena. They all make the similar housing and design, with different names.

I am sure it is the same. University Optics also have exactly the same one.

Look here, it looks exactly the same here http://www.owlastronomy.com/barlows.htm, I think the one on ebay is this one. If it is the one from Owl astronomy, it will give same performance as revelation.

Look at this barlow made by GSO itself http://www.agenaastro.com/GSO-2x-ED-Barlow-Lens-2-inch-p/obar-gs-gs22b.htm no difference in design.
