Hi

I ´m from spain and i live in Barcelona, i´m interested in astronomy since i was child , now i´m 40 years old, and my actual equipment are a 10x50 binoculars and a 80 mm F5 refractor in an azimutal mount .

My main interest are Planets ,sun, moon, and deep sky objects and i have plans for build a 150 mm newton or dobson telescope next winter. I have to choose a good quality mirror and design the scope .

I´m happy to become member from this community and learn more .

Hi and welcome to the SGL.

There are a few of us building scopes on here so have a good look through the DIY section it may give you some ideas. Oh and ask as many questions as you like, us ATM,s Do like to chat about projects :)

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you're into building your own scopes, there is plenty of help and experience over in the the DIY section along with the search facility in the top right hand corner of the your screen.
