Meteor in Ursa Major..

I was just wondering if anyone else spotted a meteor in the plough just after 10 o clock on friday night (7th september).Its path took it just between mizar and alioth or there abouts.

I think we saw it, we just arrived at a dark site, looked up and saw it streak accross the sky

I was a few in that direction last night.

It was around 9.30.

A meteor in the Plough?......I haven't even seen the Plough in 2 weeks, well that's not strictly true,i did see the pointers for about 2 mins one night until the clouds realised their sole purpose in life is to merge together and be as big as possible
