Learning Astronomy - Interesting FREE stuff on iTunes U.

Hi all,

in iTunes there is a section called "iTunes U" dedicated to Universities and schools.

Although some content might be private and only accessible by students, there is still a good amount of free courses, podcasts, videos, books and other material related to any subject, including Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry, IT and others.

The contents are provided by Universities from different countries (most of them are in USA and UK) , some of which are well regarded!

All you need is iTunes and an account. If you have an iPhone, iPod or iPad you can enjoy your favorite hobby on the way

PS: If you do not see "iTunes U" on iTunes, you will be able to activate it from the iTunes preferences. If you have a mobile device, you'll need to download the (free) iTunes U App.
