What a nice sunny morning so i thought i would break out the PST.

Am i glad i did or what..

To start with there are no big sun spots to speak of.

I did however notice a couple of nice filaments the best being just to the left of centre as you look at it

through a PST.

As for around the perimeter there is a belter of a prominence at the top of the disc, there are also loads of prominences all up and down the right hand side of the disc.

At the bottom of the disc there are 3 cracking prominences one being a loop prominence.

When looking at the bottom prominences for a while i happened to notice slight changes in their shapes.

Its like i was told before buying the PST if you look long enough things WILL change before your very eyes....
