The 'Bubble' different process

centroid

Recommended Posts

Been playing around with a different processing sequence on the 'bubble' that I posted a bit earlier today.

Have extracted more of the outlaying nebula, but not sure whether or not its at the cost of image quality. Which do you prefer?

Comments most welcome.

Original and upated versions below:

I think I tend to agree with you Steve.

Although the second one is a more accurate representation, its not so 'pleasing on the eye'.

The question is, are we into scientific representation, or 'astro art'? :?

As you say "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
