Hi,

My name is Michael, from the Netherlands.

Always been fascinated in space and everything thats going on there..

About 12 years ago I bought my first reflector, a Bresser F900/D114

Did some small upgrades later to get more out of it, but it was a bit disappointing..

This year I picked the hobby up again and wanted to try astrophotography.

Obviously I needed some new hardware and after a lot of googling and reading this is my new setup:

Skywatcher 150pds

EQ5 Pro

Skywatcher ST80

Canon EOS 1100D

Software:

APT, Stellarium, CDC, EQMOD, Alignmaster, Bahtinov Grabber

Made some shots allready but still need to learn how to process the images properly.

Its not an easy job, but its great to do!

Hi Michael and welcome - good to have another imager on the forum... the more the merrier!

Lots of great advice on here; its a never ending learning curve but lots of fun.
